The project is located on Paseo de la Marina Avenue in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur.
The project includes the construction of a Hotel with outdoor areas and remote BOH as well as the closure of the Residences and Villas project.
The surface of the Hotel has a total area of 3.3 hectares.
