PROTEIN PROCESSING PLANT

Basic and detailed engineering of a protein processing plant in which the Platforms, Architecture, Structure, and the different facilities will be developed. The production area is the center of the whole plant, the purpose of all other facilities is to support the production: offices, utilities, shipping/receiving areas and technical rooms.
The civil design of the project is carried out under the applicable regulations and will comply with the materials and construction systems required for the construction of the different services of the building; as well as the exterior areas, which conform it and achieve a safe, reliable, standardized and economical design to meet the needs of the client, users and applicable codes.
The service area will comply with all the facilities required for this building, such as: ammonia refrigeration system, electrical, natural gas, compressed air, hot water, high pressure hot water, hot and cold water, rainwater sewer, sanitary sewer and process wastewater sewer, wastewater treatment plant, external roads, receiving and shipping yard, parking for vehicles and trucks
