Section of 292.46km, of which 244.46km are of a type A4 road and 48km of type A2 road, for which the following activities are developed bimonthly:
- Review of the physical status of the project
- Follow-up of work plan activities in accordance with the annual maintenance program
- Review of the Developer’s reports, Indication of work progress and percentage of compliance
- Indication of the risk factors in which the Developer may incur in case it does not comply with any Performance Standard
- Verify compliance with the obligations of the PPP contract associated with the maintenance and rehabilitation of the road
- Preparation of a photographic report of the tour
- Follow-up of the payment of the consideration associated with the PPP Contract
- Follow-up of conventional penalties, deductions and any other amount that has not been received
- Status of the validity of insurance and bonds, and dispute resolution
