Environmental Impact
These studies are carried out to comply with the General Law of Ecological Equilibrium and Environmental Protection (LGEEPA), essential to receive permission for any work, development or activity.
For this we generate:
- Preventive Reports (presented to SEMARNAT for it to assess the need to perform an MIA)
- Environmental Impact Statement (MIA), in its different modalities according to the type of project and its location
- MIA presentation exemption, this case applies to actions or projects that do not imply any increase in the level of environmental impact or risk in the region.
- Unified Technical Document (DTU), a document that integrates the manifestation of environmental impact, in its regional or particular modalities, with the Justification Technical Study for the Change of Land Use in Forest Land.
